第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、アプリ開発者（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「菜園プランナー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第2条（利用登録）

本アプリはApp Storeよりダウンロードしてご利用いただけます。一部の機能はサブスクリプション契約が必要です。

第3条（サブスクリプション）

本アプリは以下のサブスクリプションプランを提供しています：

サブスクリプションはApp Store経由で購入・管理されます。解約はAppleのサブスクリプション管理画面から行ってください。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

第8条（お問い合わせ）

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内のお問い合わせ機能またはApp Storeのレビューよりお願いいたします。
